As you review the physical activity benefits below, here are your challenges for this week:
Be more active throughout the day and plan structured, intentional exercise into your routine.
Build a support system — for accountability, involve a spouse, family member, or friend. Make it social!
Take the stairs if you are able to.
Take a walking break during your day.
Begin where you are. Start low and go slow. Don't worry about numbers — be consistent. Small, achievable goals matter!
Keep a written record of your daily activity on the physical activity log provided.
Choose a variety of activities you enjoy. Keep it fun!
